I can still remember Mom singing this song to us kids when we were all going to sleep in that single bedroom upstairs. She always sang this, along with “I Walk Through the Garden Alone” and “He Lives.” I didn’t understand the meaning of the lyrics until I was much older, but I can still vividly recall feeling utterly peaceful as she sang over us.
